The vice president said “the pros” told President Obama that HealthCare.gov was “ready to go” seven weeks before launch. “Neither he or I are technology geeks and we assumed it was up and ready to run” for the Oct. 1 rollout, he said.
Biden apologized for the botched rollout and said after President Obama and his daughter tried to access the Affordable Care Act website, "it was clear that I wasn’t getting online.”
